Video consultations are provided exclusively in Italian or French.

As a result, there are no shipping costs, times or methods.

Service delivery methods
Once payment is completed, the client will receive the information needed to access the online consultation (date, time, and connection method).

Cancellation and no-show
Any requests to cancel or reschedule a consultation must be communicated well in advance. Failure to show up at the agreed-upon time may result in the consultation being considered completed.
